Someon please help me. LW installed successfully but when I search nothing comes up, only a blank white screen. I changed my ZoneAlarm firewall to 'Allow' & downloaded Java. LW worked perfectly before buying this new computer. Could it be because I'm using Microsoft Vista?

Someone please help. The blue icon is blocked by a brick wall and I only see the smallest connection bar is green.

I am not computer savy so someone please help me.
