 Steps to make Phex development more open and inviting

I thought about some ways to make our development more transparent, and I came up with two major steps:
1: Do all discussion either in these Forums or in IRC, so everyone can participate. I know I somehow started the private IM discussions, but then it's my job to also stop that behaviour now, I think (For german discussions, we can just add a german developer forum, if we really need them (though I very much enjoyed talking about development in german)).
2: Create developer Blogs, where we can talk about anything Phex related. I can add them to the new Phex Website very easily.
With these steps it becomes possible for anyone to join our discussions, and more importantly: People see that they can join the discussions.
And with Drupal it's easily possible to combine the Blogs, and to cathegorize their content with keywords which are also used for every other article on the site.
