I just got on here to try and get some help with the same problem.
I had it installed and it was fine then all of a sudden I was unable to download anything...
I have reinstalled Limewire probably more than 15 times and still get the same error message. I have disabled the firewall etc then removed the prgramme then reinstalled it again.
Have you had any luck reinstalling it? Or ahas anyone given you any other ideas???
