NEVER has the LW site mentioned anything about "Lifetime". That's a word that is popularly used by scam sites. Perhaps a simple misunderstanding on your part. I've seen your complaint once in a while too. Though not by many.

The 12 month offer is very very new. I'm glad to see it. I wasn't so happy to see the price increase earlier in the year. But the 12 mth deal takes the price back to just under the old price over a 6 mth period.

As you said in another post in another thread, we could gab about this all day. It is a valid point you make about the period of support offered by buying pro. Though it is listed on their site, it could be more obvious.

You can use your Pro for as long as you like. There's no compulsion to update. Great as long as you keep a copy of your installer.

Pro offers, connection to more ultrapeers, ability to download from more peers per file, a better search engine reaching further into the network for the rarer files (won't notice any difference with popular files), & no upgrade window as you get with Basic when you open it. Oh & support & updates for the period you paid for.
