My first post - HELP! Hello to everyone out there, This is my first post ON ANY forum so go easy on me. I have been using LW for some time now as I love to poke around listening to all sorts of music. I have just downloaded the latest version of LW and that’s why I have joined your merry band. I’m sorry but I am not sure where I should have posted the following information so please bear with me. How do you contact LW? I have been unable to send a message to LW via General Feedback or Website Issues because of the following error: An unknown error occurred while attempting to send your message. Please try again. This is the message that I am trying to send: I have just updated my LimeWire Pro version 4.12.6.1 to version 4.14.10 but find I only have the standard version without the Turbo-charged features. I tried entering my email address in your support section but the LimeWire PRO Lookup informed me that my email address was not found. Does this mean I have to re-purchase LimeWire Pro again? I understand that upgrades to software mean that you have to pay for them but I was not aware that by updating would reduce my Pro version to the standard version. I would have been better off staying with my 4.12.6.2 version. I hope you can throw some light on this matter as I don’t mind paying to upgrade but why do I have to buy the full version again? Anyone else had these problem and can anyone point me in th right direction. gumsret
