But basically, if everybody could connect to 50 or 100 hosts, then most of the upload slots would be taken by a very small % of people who are seeking the same file. Then people would be complaining they can never connect to hosts because they're always busy. I hope you understand the logic. I am aware of another network that has just that problem, however it's almost dead now.
