i dont get the license thing. i have read some other forums but none answer me.

Ok so, i can download and listen to music fine... but when i try to download games or movies i CANT! it says i need a license. or it cant open due to privacy reasons. so... can i get a license? or... find away around this?

ive been trying to fix this for like 2 hours now!!
