Hello everyone

I am Megan and i am new (as you all can tell). I am a complete computer idiot, sorry to say. I recently bought a mobile which has mp3 and started downloading music from limewire to my computer, windos vista. However, i have no clue how to upload to my phone because there is no option to do so on the windows media center. I spent a whole day trying to figure it out and i am still at first base,help
