Hi Megan, You can try this.
If your using a USB cable to load your phone, Go to the Shared/Saved Folder Outside of Limewire.
While in Limewire, Click on the library tab. Now click on explore (lower left corner). This will take you to the above described folder. Now plug in your phone /USB into your computer.
The Computer should recognize the phone as a new HDD. Now you should be able to drag and drop into the phone. I don't have Vista but I hope it is simular. If I am way off base, my appoliges.
