If you didn't buy from the official site (payment to LimewireLLC), your email address would never be recognised...it wouldn't be in the official database.

If you did buy from the official site, send a PM to limenathan (click on the blue link here) limenathan (click on link) and explain what's happened. Don't expect a reply until after the weekend, though
