How long ago did you buy Pro & who did you pay for Pro? Up until recently, buying Pro entitled you to 6 months of free updates & email support. Not long ago there was a 12 month deal introduced.
So...if you purchased Pro a long time ago, or purchased Pro from anywhere other than the official site (payment to LimewireLLC), your email address won't be recognised because it won't be in the database.
