If you paid for a lifetime membership then you were scammed. The official LW site doesn't offer a 'lifetime membership'. Maybe you can sue whichever scam site took your money

As you can see when you go to the official site, Pro is offered for 6 or 12 months at a time.

Use the forum search to look for file recovery.
