I have a HP Pavilion dv8000 laptop with a gig of memory and with a LightScribe CD drive. How can I go about finding out if the drive in question is CD-g write capable?
I do have a FREEWARE version of a .KAR program/editor called
KaraFun and I can play my CD-g disc's just fine on the disc drive if that means anything. I also have NERO 7 Ultra Edition Enhanced but have yet to install it on my laptop. I believe this will be helpful in my burning CD-g disc's. Would that be a correct assumption on my part.
I also will be rebuilding/upgrading my desktop in a few days. Do you have any recommendations for a disc drive for it? I bought one from Fry's but none of the drives they sell off the shelf said they could actually write the CD-g file format but several of them said they could read/play them. Any help appreciated.
