HELLO...I AM NEW TO THIS SITE...1ST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY HELLO TO EVERYONE. SINCE LAST SUNDAY IVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH LIMEWIRE...I OPEN IT AND IT CLOSES RIGHT AWAY WITH A MESSAGE SAYING " LIMEWIRE HAS STOPPED WORKING" " A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY, WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM & NOTIFY YOU OF A SOLUTION AVAILABLE" I TRIED UNINSTALLING IT LIKE 10 TIMES ALREADY. MY JAVA IS UP TO DATE AND IT STILL IS NOT WORKING...PLEASE HELP!!! I EVEN TRIED UNINSTALLING BOTH JAVA AND LIMEWIRE...

8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. 4.14.10 BASIC- JAVA 6 2 AND 3 UPDATE
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? VERIZON DSL
