I signed up and paid for the Lime Wire Pro service, but every time I try to download it and open it I get the same message. I have tried downloading it more than twenty times now and it is getting really frustrating. For some reason the support page does not recognize my e-mail address as member yet either. Does anyone know what I should do? This is the message I receive:
