Credit Card DECLINED- I am still charged??!?! Cannot download NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased Limewire pro, and was told my credit card was DECLINED, so I cannot download pro (not paid for).
Turns out- I have been charged! You charged my credit card for nothing!
I cannot download it, my email is nowhere in your system. Funny thing, my email isn't in the system but my CREDIT CARD sure is!
Now I see I cannot email anyone abut this matter. That's great.
I wish to be contacted by a member of staff (if there are any, since I can't find anyone) to have my credit card refunded.
VISA has been contacted as well about the matter. I should not have to post my email in a public forum for all to read, but I have been left with no other option.
I am already telling my friends to stay clear of PRO. Please HELP.
