Firewall has been off the whole time, I even tried turning it on while allowing Limewire permission to allow connection.
Not using same port as my BT client, and the changes were made on the modem and firewall. Rebooted modem already and computer.
I've been slashing at this problem for a few days now.
I've always deleted the preference folder for limewire, still not responding.
