Well, I use a 4GB USB pen drive and I also burn CDs, in your case I would first copy my data from my pen drive to my PCs hard disk then burn my CD from there.

However, as pen drives are designed to as easy to use as floppy or removable disks then theoretically you should be able to burn a CD straight from your pen drive. But I cannot guarantee that this will work because I have never done it before.

Another thing to consider, even though pen drives are as easy to use as floppies, their main purpose is to be able to transport data from one PC to another.
