You would be better off contacting your credit card company, tell them you have been defrauded by one of the many Internet scam companies set up to fleece the unwary and naive and get your money back.

And by the way, never again put your full name in an open forum, you've already been ripped-off and I'm sure you don't want identity theft added to your list of new found experiences.
