The horizon is provided by a special heartbeat node which collects the stats and
also remotely controls all Bears version 5.2 and up. It's not essential, and given
the remote controls that were added, we're all a lot better off without it.
Cox may be interfering with uploads again and detecting by software type instead
of protocol and port. They have been caught illegally sending forged TCP reset
packets to both ends of an upload connection and will probably end up losing a
class action in court over this, or even get in trouble with the FCC.
Enable the Console View and start turning on reporters for uploads, queuing and
connections logic. More specific info on errors will show up in there.
If you haven't done so already, enable all of the columns in the Uploads View.
Better yet, if you can set your monitor to 1600x1200 download this and unzip it
into the program folder.
