I'm having the same problem. I was downloading a 3.5gb file at speeds up to 250kbs, and when it reached 99% speed dropped to 0kbs, and although the number of hosts from which I'm supposedly downloading fluctuates between 10 and 50, speed remains at 0kbs, and has done so for over a week now. I have a second download of about 875mb, which has been stuck at 93% for about the same amount of time. I started a thread here, asking for suggestions, but although nearly 60 people have viewed my call for help, there have been no posts in reply.
