I have had better luck downloading files with Phex than any other program. The only problem is the new version maxes out the cpu. Makes it hard to do anything with phex running in the background.
My system shouldn't have a problem:
Athlon 850
256M ram
W2K Pro

I haven't seen any other postings about this problem. Am I the only one with it?
