I would like to suggest that the "Cancel Button" be moved to the other end of the panel. It logically seems better suited to be next to the "Clear Inactive" button.

Several times I have highlighted all the files that are "Needs\Waiting For More Sources", and hit the "Cancel Button" instead of the "Resume".

I have lost several partially downloaded files, and files I really wanted, but nolonger know what they are.

I just know that when I’m not paying attention, I loose files.
