I'm not sure if this forum is the right place to air my query, but here goes........

I purchased a Limewire product a couple of years ago and have a confirmation Order ID number and confirmation of the additional NetSpyProtector subscription purchased.

I've not used it for a while and when I went to the main Limewire site and was prompted to enter the e-mail address I used when I originally purchased the product I was blocked from going any further as this address was not recognised.

Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated.
