Ok, I am not a computer literate person! I have been searching the threads on here for a couple hours now and still can't get my problem fixed completely. I am using Quicktime and Windows Media Player to play my videos and connot get any sound for any videos I download. What do I need to do. Remember, I am not computer literate!!!
