This was my latest attempt at getting my money back. Ref number:-338324. After speaking to one of your advisors on the 4th of February with a witness present ( an advisor from MBNA bank) i was told i would receive a full refund of £60.73 which consisted of Lifetime Membership £24.00, Codec Pro Pack £8.97, Spy Remover £17.88 and New Releases & Technical Support £9.88. So why have you emailed me to tell me that you are refunding £17.88 & £9.88 only. I trust this is just an oversight or i will be taking legal advice on this matter.
