wow this is an old thread.

Yes that is a good finding Silk. I have my incompletes set to 9999. And yes, unconfigured firewalls can greatly reduce your download & sharing abilities.

(This thread was started about the time I started using LW. I didn't join this forum until about 20 months later.)
