Trying to install on Winxp and getting InstallShield error:

Command line parameters:
/L language ID
/S Hide intialization dialog. For silent mode use:/S
/v/qn.
/V parametersto MsiExec.exe
/UA<url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW<url to InstMsiWexe.>
/UM<url to msi package>

Can not launch from icon or .exe. Could successfully run earlier versions on the system.
