I recently downloaded a movie AVI file which Bitzi identified as the best.

When I converted it to DVD Windows media player opened but I only had the soundtrack & no pics.

I then downloaded a different file of the same movie which plays superbly on PC as an AVI but when I try to convert it to DVD I get an error message that says Cannot convert this file, maybe the file is broken or the relevant codec is not installed.
Any help much appreciated thank you.
