Thanks bobinoh for replying to my post so quickly! We know the DVD players will accept the format as we've ran them before without any problem. We'll check out the burner settings as suggested. Also, thank you for the welcome to the forum. Look forward to posting and meeting new people as well as learning a lot since I'm a relative newbie at this stuff.
