I paid for Pro used for a few months, had a fatal viral crash and pro will not come up for me now. What can I do without having to pay again?

BTW, I assulted my box with every available anti-spyware,virus and ad ware. Perhaps I innoculated against Pro.? Please help these slow download speeds kill me
