Did you try the fixes in the threads I linked to in post #2 (BFU, system restore, scan with AVG, vundofix)? Even if you can access options, those fixes might still help with LW popping up. There's another fix in the 'viruses you should be aware of' thread.

If nothing's helping then you should go to one of the help sites, which are listed in the first link in post #2. Those places deal with malware issues every day...they're specialists.

If you can't open C:\Windows\fonts, I've got no idea which app to use...it opens for me when I double click on it
