While searching for google earth using google tool bar there were 3 top links, first was really google the other two were scam city, billed as mymusicbill.com. Looked really legit. How can they use Googles name like that?

I never completed the transaction, or so I thought. There was that last check you need to do that says you read their agreement, I never checked it or signed on. Called credit card co. right away to report this and get card blocked.

We all need to call google for even allowing this to pop up on their search engine and for them using their name.
