I filled out a complaint at this website below, hope it helps. I also called google to let them know, not sure if they were interested to know their name is part of a scam. I also tried calling the call center at 888-846-9590 to try and get this taking care of without doing a charge back but I was told their computer is down for that company and for me to call again next day.
