Download the latest version of Java. Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer)try searching again to see how it goes . We seem to have ended up where you first started and if changing the java doesnt work for you I'm fresh out of ideas, I have seen other people with the same problem (
