What version of OS X (Apple menu-> About this Mac) and LW are you using?
For your other concern about LW's auto login, try this:
To disable LW automatic login, go to Apple menu-> System Preferences, then select the System: Accounts part. Select the Login Items area, and if you see LW there, select it and use the (-)button to remove it.

I also have a CD disc stuck that won't eject...this is After the LW stuff.....on top of the output jack sounds like crap distorted ( I've messed with that too it doesn't help.)....and Garageband mysteriosly dissapeared and is no where to be found .....)beside that I love the Mini
