About 95% of them time I try downloading anything it doesn't work. It gives me the message saying I am connecting to the IP address of the user, but it always fails after that. Almost always I then get the message requiry sent, waiting (x) where x is the time left. Once x gets to 0 it goes back up to a very high number and starts going back down. I tried tampering with the options, I disabled my firewall, and I added plenty of shared files so no one would block me as a freeloader but nothing works. What is the most likely problem?
