Start with obvious; right after new boot go to CPanel/Add-Remove and try to dump your current LW (what version?). No work, then download 'CCleaner' and on left, from top, apply Cleaner, Registry, and finally Tools (which duplicates Win Add/Remove). No work, then download 'WindowsCare' and run scan, repairing all. No work, then download 30 day free trial of 'NOD32', one of best anti-virus apps on planet, and scan entire computer.
