limewire and nat i have two computers behind a NAT firewall that run limewire. I have redirected all requests on ports 6346 and 6347 to one of them and forced it's ip to the ip of the firewall and this seems to be working.
Can i just choose two other ports for the other computer, like 6356 and 6357 and have the firewall redirect those to the other i.p?
If i do that should i have the firewall rewrite the incoming port numbers back to 6346 and 7 or should i have the second computer's limewire listen on other ports?
Also if i have incoming packets on the usual ports routed to the other computer, will it still be ok to use the same ports for autoconnecting to the gnutella servers at startup? |
