You Are seeing everything. In your example 30/38... 38 is the total files found during the search. If you are using "All Types". The 30 signifies either audio, images, or video. If say, you click on images, you may see 13/38 which means it found 13 images files in the total of 38. You will also see this in any Search by clicking the different Genres or file Types.
