Hi Ali,

The LW media player's really horrible & I'd recommend using another player

But if you really want to use the LW player, go tools > options > player > tick the box to use the LW player > Apply > ok. Restart LW & the media player should show.

If your songs aren't showing up in your library, try the tips here: If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads!
