Default Is there any benefit if I increase these Options?
Tools > Options
1) Uploads>Basic>Percentage of bandwidth devoted to upload?
2) Uploads>Slots>Allow many uploads per person
3) Advanced>Preferencing>Allow Freeholder : Set to ALWAYS
