I have 2 video preview files that show up when I do a search from the start menu that cannot be deleted. They are supposed to be in the 'incomplete' folder but they are nowhere to be found. When I try to delete them it says that they are no longer located their. I tried going in safe mode and deleting them and it let me but when I restarted my comp they were right back on the search menu. How can I get rid of these files? PLEASE HELP.
