That's just the way it goes.. A lot of the time people have 4-5 other people downloading from them at the same time and that can effect the speed which you are able to download songs at. If you can get roughly 40% of downloads going at 14-15kbs you are doing about average. i wouldn't worry too much, it sounds like LimeWire is working OK.
