Ok.
Now I've finished translation with the last part included. Some minor fixes were required.
However, I must add some remarks about the "Filter Port" Dialog:
- There is no Tittle in window
- The following buttons were not translated 'cause their text is missing:
IMHO, the missing text is not necessary as they are obvious.
So, enclosed, you'll find the 2 translatons already fixed and ready to be included in the next release.
Sorry for the delay but I've been very busy with my family and my own work.

EDIT: The new dialogs DO NOT seem to work
EDIT2 My bad. I changed a word that SHOULD'NT be translated. This was making the scanning ports at the beginning freeze. Now is corrected (I hope )
