No refunds is because you pay, download a copy. There is no way you can give it back to them or guarantee you haven't kept a copy.
Account expired means the 6 months support and updates you paid for has finished. After 5 months they offer pro at a discounted amount, but at the end of 6 months, your account expires and your name is removed from their database.
I think your problem is you are clicking the "old" Pro bookmark you had. Go to your email account and find the customer support email and bookmark the new link.
