hi everyone, is anyone else having this problem? i downloaded a song, it will NOT play, so i try and delete it and it keeps telling me that another program is running it, close program before deleting. no matter how much i try it WON"T delete. is this a virus? i hope i'm on the right forum, i could not find any questions like mine, can someone please help?
