That's odd, because the installer should uninstall previous versions at the beginning of installation. Something you will need to do with the new version is delete the previous LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html

Run this utility to clean up registry to be sure there's no old registry parts to old version files such as LW: Crap Cleaner

If still problems .. one of the versions might not have been installed in the same location & in a different user permissions area. Check for that & change folder & folder contents permissions & make changes appropriately.
