Connection ok, but firewall blocking downloads I used to have a dial-up connection and didn't have any problems downloading before. Last week I went with Satelite Internet (Xplornet) and now when I start up Limewire it connects ok, but when I try to download, starts to download and then stops. I have been trying all day to download just 1 song. I have windows firewall disabled and am running Norton Internet Security 2008, but I set the setting under personal firewall to allow Limewire, even tried the custom setting. In Limewire it is showng a brick wall in front of the blue world icon. if this problem is to do with my new Surfbeam Satellite modem, I do not know how to fix it. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Here is all my info: 1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) If using Windows Vista, please tell us whether you have an Windows XP Service Pack 2

Yes. 14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled?
I don’t know. A technition for xplornet just set this up for me last week. I was on dial-up before getting xplornet and did not have firewall problems. 15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall
