I would suggest Keeping 4.12.6 as it is probably one of the Best Versions.
The Later Versions arn't worth the trouble that you may experiance.
I have even suggested to members to downgrade to said version because they were having so much trouble with the newer versions.
It's your call.
If you decide to upgrade then you will have to re-purchase.
